[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide consulting services for compensation and performance management to design and implement a compensation structure to support the University’s compensation guidelines to the government authority located in South Carolina.
- To align compensation practices with the guidelines to ensure both compliance and efficiency of process, in addition, it is imperative that Offeror provides guidance and assistance with the implementation and communication of the solutions so that new concepts, processes and procedures are clear and understandable for all employees at the university.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
