[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC.
- The auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of the District’s governmental activities, business-type activities, aggregate discretely presented component unit and each major fund, and aggregate remaining fund information which collectively comprise the basic financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
- The auditor shall also be responsible for performing certain limited procedures involving required supplementary information required by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board as mandated by generally accepted auditing standards.
- The auditor is not required to audit the schedule of expenditures of federal awards. However, the auditor is to provide an “in-relation-to” report on that schedule based on the auditing procedures applied during the audit of the financial statements.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 24, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
