[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food service management system for educational organization. All food service locations utilize a HP ProDesk 600 G4 with a core i5 8500 with 8GB. The point of sale system shall be capable of controlling, documenting and reporting the following Functions including
- Overall System Features
- Point of Sale
- Internet Meal Payments
- Online Free & Reduced Apps and Scanning
- Accountability Reporting
- Financial Management
- Training & Support
- Food and Supply Order Processing
- Bid Analysis/ Procurement
- Menu Planner/ Nutrition Analysis
- USDA Commodity Management
(2) A non‐mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 25, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 27, 2019.
(4) The contract term will be for one years.
