[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video creation, production and related services for multiple projects. Vendors skilled in scripting, storyboarding, directing, producing, shooting and editing to assist with the creation of several videos for the College. The employer view book will have printed and digital components. The marketing director will be conducting interviews with 10-12 individuals in as many different settings. Settings will be inside business and industry locations or on one of our College campuses. The interviews will be video-recorded and then edited. The reader of the publication will have access to the full sets of videos through online links. Edited videos will be 30-60-seconds in length, including the key points the interviewed person shares. The marketing director will provide direction upon completion of each interview. Additionally, as a companion digital piece to this project, we would like a compilation video of no more than 5 minutes that combines the best of all the messages given. again, the marketing director will provide direction. this video will need to be high energy, with strong and engaging animation, music, and voice over, company selected must conduct interviews using a script provided by the college’s marketing director. seeking 3 pieces at the end: one 2-3-minute piece that is the compilation of all the key points provided; one 30-second piece appropriate for a television commercial; and one 15-second piece appropriate for social media. this video will need to be high energy, with strong and engaging animation, music, and voice over, must have three years’ previous experience creating engaging videos specifically for higher education organizations, must have minimum five years of experience in general video production, including hd, must have capability for multiple face-to-face meetings, with selected company responsible for travel costs, must be able to provide financial documentation if requested as proof of business solvency, must be willing to help script and storyboard all videos during face-to-face pre-production sessions, must have access to audio studio for recording voice-over, Foley sound fox and custom music recording, mixing and mastering, must have pro video account for private/secure views and ability to make notes about the video during viewing ,must have firm two-week turnaround on all video projects once production (shooting) has been completed , Because of various levels of approvals needed, internally and externally, must include unlimited edits
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 14, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
