[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Full dome video projection system for the 40-foot planetarium dome the star theatre includes a centrally located, fixed-pedestal Minolta Series II projector which includes star globes and numerous individual celestial-object projectors such as solar, lunar and planetary projectors all attached to the main projector, All system components must be new, not rebuilt or previously used, Vendor is to install, configure, test and demonstrate the system as well as train individuals on site at the I.P. Stanback Planetarium on the campus, Projector must be mounted in/on the dome cove at an azimuth position close to the North compass point and cannot be mounted on the floor, Mechanical shutter to block image when system is in standby mode, Mechanical shutter to block image when system is in standby mode, Manual remote controls of projector functions including the mechanical shutter, Computer to act as file server and graphics engine for the video projector, Computer must be compatible with DirectX 11 or better graphics, Computer must have at a minimum an internal 1 TB or greater hard drive and a 1 TB or greater external hard drive, Flat panel monitor matched to projector resolution, Ability to display commercial full-dome programs available from multiple vendors
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 25, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for one years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
