Government authority located in Georgetown, South Carolina, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for janitorial services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for restrooms, offices, kitchen and break areas, hallways, foyer, and lobby, exam rooms, miscellaneous to the government authority located in Georgetown, SC.
- High and low dusting including ceiling vents, baseboards, window blinds and sills, and chair melding dusted and cleaned.
- Decorative plants, remove debris from planters.
- Clean microwave ovens inside and out.
- Shampoo or steam clean all carpets.
- High ledges are to be dusted using step ladder.
- Strip all tile floors and apply two (2) coats of sealer and two (2) coats of wax.
- Clean windows on the inside and outside.
- Clean all glass blocks.
- Floors vacuumed and left clean and free of dust and dirt, then wet mopped using disinfectant cleaner.
- Fixtures cleaned and sanitized.
- Mirrors cleaned.
- Fittings and supply pipes kept clean.
- Sanitary napkin receptacles cleaned, sanitized, and refilled.
- Stall partitions, tile walls, and handicap rails kept clean.
- Waste receptacles emptied and resulting debris placed in designated areas.
- Towel and tissue receptacles refilled from building stock.
- Hand soap receptacles refilled from building stock.
- Desks, filing cabinets, bookcases, tables, chairs, and any other office furniture dusted with dust control treated cloths weekly.
- Windowsills, low ledges, melding, picture frames; etc., dusted with dust control treated clothes weekly.
- Dust all ledges with a dust control treated cloth.
- Remove any stains from doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, and moldings.
- Empty all trash receptacles and place resulting debris in outside containers.
- Vacuum all carpeted sections.
- Clean off countertops and tables using disinfectant solution.
- Clean and polish stainless steel sinks.
- Vacuum and mop all hard tile surfaces using disinfectant solution.
- Spot clean wall area around trash receptacles.
- Empty all trash receptacles and place resulting debris in outside containers.
(2) A pre-bid and proposal conference will be held on October 16, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 4, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
