Government authority located in West Columbia, South Carolina, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for substitute staffing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide substitute staffing services to the government authority located in West Columbia, SC.
- Staffing categories may include substitute teachers for grades pre-k thru 12, instructional assistants, aides, tutors, shadows, secretaries, media specialists, nurses, computer lab managers and others as required.
- The selected firm will recruit, interview, select, train, hire and deploy its employees serving as substitutes to cover absences or vacancies.
- The firm will also provide a technology system for recording, maintaining and reconciling invoices generated by the substitute coverage.
- Substitute staffing is used by the District on a daily basis at the majority of our schools. Needs may be pre-planned or may occur at the last minute.
- We desire to ensure that every classroom and/or location that needs a substitute is appropriately staffed each day with qualified personnel. Long term substitutes may be required on occasion.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for four years.
