[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outsourced information technology services for focusing on domain design, network restructuring and ongoing IT managed services and support, develop redundancy plans if service drops, manage and maintain network switches, monitor and manage firewall, perform updates, create and tune firewall rules, maintain wireless configuration and address issues as needed, monitor and manage endpoint antivirus on client computers, education and experience of the staff and management who will be assigned to our account to the government authority located in Richburg, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 19, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
