[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mail and print services to the government authority located in Conway, SC.
A. Mail services- pick up mail from united states postal service office in the city of conway, at minimum once per business day,
- Accept, sort, and prepare mail and packages to be distributed daily,
- Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing mail in an automated tracking system,
- Provide upfront postage for all outgoing processed mail to be charged back monthly,
- Provide electronic chain of custody services and reporting,
B. Print center services- production of high-end black and white digital printing,
- Production of high-end Color digital Printing,
- Clear aqueous-like textures,
- Variable data personalization printing,
- Secured Printing and Delivery of sensitive materials such as student exams,
- Business Card Printing,
- Digital Printing,
- Stationery Printing.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 3, 2020
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
