[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ethernet transport services for internet to the government authority located in Easley, SC.
- 1 x 1 Gb Ethernet Transport Services, 2 x 1 Gb Ethernet Transport Service with option for 10 Gb Transport Service, for a minimum of 2 Gb scalable to 10 Gb from July 1, 2020 to June 30 of contract terms.
- SDPC will consider 1 year, 3 - 1-year contracts, and 3-year contracts.
- The contract should provide optional one-year extensions.
- Three (3) year contracts will be considered if a cost-effective discount is available for the three-year contract commitment.
- Provide a 7x24x365 Enterprise technical support desk and service.
- Provide a Service Level Agreement on the proposed service.
(2) All questions had been due on January 31, 2020.
