[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-line student registration system.
• Secure web-based online enrollment/registration system which is designed specifically, for PreK – 12 public school districts. • System integrates seamlessly with PowerSchool.
• Training for district and school staff is included both on and off site.
• System provides security group settings for administrative staff to ensure confidentiality.
• System has process to notify families of returning students when registration is open.
• Enrollment form includes “smart” features that will hide sections not applicable to certain grade levels, schools, etc.
• Applications for returning students are pre-populated with student and emergency contact information which can be updated by parents.
• Solution provides applications for new student and returning students.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 2, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
