Government Authority located in Williamston, South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for IP speaker system including bell system, paging, and mass notification.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IP speaker system including bell system, paging, and mass notification to the government authority located in Williamston, SC.
• Speakers:
- All speakers will be run to the nearest data closet and terminate in the network switch all network cabling and infrastructure will be supplied and installed by the district. The district reserves the right to alter the quantities and types of speakers and equipment in each area below.
• Paging, Intercom and Bell System:
- The district is looking for a system that will include paging, intercom and bell system throughout
each school.
- Hardware appliances and servers should be housed in the main data closet at each location and
must be rack mountable.
- Software for controlling the system’s needs to be identified as desktop client software or IPbased.
Please also specify features including: LDAP integration-capable, SMTP, NTP-capable, anything else that the vendor feels like the district should be aware of, 2-way communication.
• Mass Notification:
- The district wants the vendor to provide a manufactured solution must be the same manufacturer as speakers and paging, intercom and bell solution to provide mass notification capabilities as a portion of the overall solution.
- Solution should include all hardware and licensing needed to have a turn-key solution able to
support up to 500 endpoints. The district reserves the right to alter the quantity of licenses.
• Training:
- The district expects the vendor to provide training on daily operation of systems for end users.
- The district expects the vendor to provide detailed training on systems for IT staff. If the
proposed sessions require off-site training then no more than 2 seats need to be included.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 13, 2019
