[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial and NCAA compliance audit services for an audit and expression of an opinion upon the university’s financial statements for the years ending June 30, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 to the government authority located in Gaffney, SC.
- Assessment of administrative computer or internal controls related to automated administrative systems,
- Assistance in tax issues for higher education institutions,
- Assistance in bond issues topics,
- Other consulting services offered to higher education institutions,
- Assistance in reviewing policy and presentation issues related to Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) processing.
- Financial and compliance audit- includes the audited financial statements and the auditor’s opinion on the financial statements, the university is to be accounted for as a business-type entity, the financial report will consist of a set of combined financial statements, namely (a) statement of net assets, (b) statement of revenues, expenses, and changes in net assets and (c) statement of cash flows,
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 7, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
