[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial and compliance audit services includes the audited financial statements and the auditor’s opinion on the financial statements. The financial report will consist of a set of combined financial statements, namely: (a) statement of net assets, (b) statement of revenues, expenses, and changes in net assets, and (c) statement of cash flows to the government authority located in Conway, SC.
- should include a statement of audit findings and recommendations affecting the financial statements, internal control, accounting system, legality of actions, other instances of noncompliance with laws and regulations, and any other material matters.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
