Government Authority located in Columbia, South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for studio audio upgrade and repair services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide studio audio upgrade and repair services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
• sound board (minimum 8 channels)
• 16 channel signal snakes
• wireless lavaliere microphones
• RF (radio frequency) antenna kits
• studio speakers
• control room audio monitors
• amplifier
• desk microphone (desk microphone in control room to communicate w/studio via studio speakers)
• headset system w/ camera operator (headsets w/microphones for communication between camera operators and producer in control room)
• 10 outlet rack mount surge suppression or line conditioner w/front controls
• all necessary wiring, cabling, hardware and installation
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit and conference will be held on October 23, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
