[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide business and auxiliary consultant services is seeking a full-service marketing firm/agency for the development and implementation of a marketing and communications strategy, to include branding and image development within the college institutional brand architecture to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.
- Marketing and Communication Strategy:
• Develop messaging and creative briefs for BUAS staff or designees to review and approve.
• Develop three options for a colour palette for all BUAS visuals utilizing the College’s primary and secondary colour palettes.
• Explore creation of a type treatment for the customer service office, within the College’s brand guidelines, and develop three options if said type treatment is deemed appropriate.
• Develop creative concepts based on approved messaging, creative briefs, colour palette, as well as type treatment - if deemed appropriate - for multiple channels including, but not limited to, social media, video, advertising, web, print, customer service kiosk homepage, and activation, as well as a content plan for the year; keeping consistency across all units at the forefront.
• Test creative concepts with stakeholders.
• Provide BUAS with print or camera ready, and editable, Adobe Creative Suite-compatible files for all digital and print creative.
• Provide recommendations for new customer service office finishes that are visually consistent with other marketing/communications materials.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2019.
(3) A Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
