[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic medical records solution.
- Streamline patient and practice management processes through standardization and automation by reducing duplicated, manual and inefficient efforts
- Minimize facility and storage costs associated with providing of care to students
- Ensure that all electronic medical record data that is stored or transmitted is secure from unauthorized access
- Improve operational productivity by 15% by streamlining activities and instituting quality controls within six months after solution deployment
- To reduce facility space needs by 10 percent, soon after implementation
- The following is a listing of requirements that are divided into three categories: system functionality grouped by feature, non-functional system qualities, and additional requirements that do not fall into either of those categories
- The solution shall allow a student to access and complete any registration-oriented forms or enter data for such purposes as providing health history information
- The solution shall allow a student to securely upload health related documentation such as past medical treatments and immunization history
- The solution shall facilitate an intake of a student by guiding the employee through such steps as recording interview responses, chart creating and maintaining, and generating of medical forms needed for completion
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 11, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 13, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
