[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic medical records solution.
- Student medical records are maintained as paper files that demand significant manual labor to create, store, safeguard and access
- For encounters, notes and subsequent actions are not effectively captured for follow-up tasks
- Certain records are not maintained or accessible real-time, on-line
- Unable to accurately analyze appointment data, due to not being able to track changes during the patient encounter electronically
- To scan a paper document for uploading, as identified with a certain type and format.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 11, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 13, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
