[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial management and supply services include the supply of all janitorial supplies, custodial training/management and equipment maintenance and repair, to provide the management, development and training, quantity control, equipment maintenance and supply services of a cleaning support program, provide in-service education for staff; all custodial supplies, including but not limited to floor wax and stripping products, sanitation products, and maintaining proper documentation, develop facilities cleaning schedules, efficient cleaning systems, and other components, ongoing in-service training and education,
- Factory trained and certified service technician for equipment/equipment repair,
- Compliance instruction and record keeping,
- Quality and easy to use material and literature for training,
- Pre-measured, dilution-controlled, cleaning chemicals and factory labelled dispenser bottles,
- Concentrated detergents, general purpose cleaners, disinfectants and floor treatments,
- Computer generated reports on monthly usage of supplies,
- Labor optimization and quality control software,
- Labor for training, delivery and service to the government authority located in Irmo, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 5, 2019.
