[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide website design and content management system
- Design Phase:
- Website design to include multiple page templates (preference for pages with flexible and moveable content areas),
- Ability to embed forms directly onto page,
- New feed
- Calendar management,
- Directory module that assigns individual with pages as designated,
- 75% of content migration to be completed by vendor,
- Function:
- Ability to work with Ellucian products (course search, course descriptions, program builder)
- Ability to incorporate third-party CRM and automated marketing software using form capture,
- CMS should provide ADA Compliance check points,
- Quality control features (spell check, broken links, etc.),
- All pages and features responsive for mobile and tablet view,
- Implementation:
- Current relevant content migrated to new website,
- Initial CRM and automated marketing feature set up prior to launch by vendor,
- Design to launch less than approximately 6 months.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
