[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise digital asset management system, business process management system, web content management system, rights management system for capabilities and services across the media networks,
- to transition current processes, software and hardware to a modern and flexible platform that can better serve its business and technical needs,
- As various departments create and use digital assets, the Digital Asset Management system will be used to store, catalog and make assets available for re-use across the globe,
- To provide access to various forms of content through an intuitive and user-friendly interface, the digital asset management system will efficiently deliver to broadcast, radio, education, web or digital content, users would stay primarily in the asset management to perform all content related functions, with a business process management running a high degree of automation on the backend to handle the bulk of the functions,
- To system design is much different and allows us to leverage all our assets to gain the most from them and to utilize the full range of capabilities, provides many opportunities to examine current and potential systems for growth capacity and flexibility, in order to handle and control varying degrees of changes in practices,
- The systems employed on this project must ultimately be flexible, the digital asset management system will streamline the flow of content, to changing how content is managed, the staff responsible for the deployment and execution of the will take on a greater set of current and relevant skill sets that will enable staff to follow suit in adopting new methodologies, practices and processes,
- To update its current workflows and processes requirement is much more than an asset management system or upgrade of equipment throughout our facility, its technology and operational requirements away from a traditional radio and television broadcast entity (that happens to have an education, web, social media, and digital presence) to a truly integrated cross platform media company where each audience engagement platform is treated equally and where technology is transparent regardless of distribution platform.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 9, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
