[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design services that possesses relevant experience executing projects relating to conversation management, land use management, natural resource management or land preservation,
- Successfully design, develop and complete the 1st annual report, include, but are not limited to, initial design and layout, concept and storyline development, limited data collection and final design of the annual report,
- Review and make suggestions to improve agency logo, executive director, or their designee shall develop and design a new logo,
- The updated logos shall be provided in the following formats: Adobe. Ai/.PDF (editable), JPEG/PNG, Microsoft Word,
- Design, develop and complete the 1st annual report, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, initial design and layout, concept and storyline development, limited data collection and final design of the Annual Report,
- Develop the annual report to be a full-color booklet, not more than ten (10) pages, with front and back covers, to include text, charts and graphs and photo images,
- Responsible for the integration of statistics, facts and photo images provided by staff into the Annual Report.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
