Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for emergency medical services electronic data reporting system and electronic patient care reporting system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical services electronic data reporting system and the electronic patient care reporting system for emergency medical services to include licensing and credentialing information system.
- Must provide a disaster recovery site for the Contractor’s production environment.
- Provide a 24/7/365 days per year support and maintenance plan for host system maintenance and support service, upgrades, consultation, training and technical support to include but is not limited to the ability to reset passwords, assist in issues inputting run sheets, and for emergency system help and instruction.
- The following items shall be provided with the system:
a. System user manuals.
b. System administrator manuals
- Must provide a basic reporting system free of charge for agencies choosing to enter state minimum required data. This system is not required to link to outside systems for ancillary services (such as billing), must be searchable, and include all required agency and state custom elements.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 29, 2019.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 28, 2019.
(4) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
