Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for telephonic behavioural health services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephonic behavioural health services.
- All calls must be answered or triaged immediately e.g. students are not placed on hold nor do they leave voice mails to have someone call them back
- Master level clinical staff shall offer clinical assessments and interventions
- The contractor must have licensed clinical staff supervisors who will provide real-time clinical consultation to staff
- The vendor must have staff that can communicate fluently in Spanish
- All calls are to be documented in secure database, daily reports to counselling center via secure portal
- There must be access to a customer care representative
- The vendor must provide a liaison to respond to questions, concerns, changes to information or any other matter related to upstate relationship with the company
- The vendor must provide 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year availability, calls answered by behavioural health professionals
- The vendor must provide daily reports on calls via secure portal
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 5, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
