[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide photography services for youth sports teams athletics throughout the year and the participants are provided with the opportunity to take pictures.
- The best record of service in the area of sports photography
- The ability to schedule, photograph and deliver the highest quality product in a timely manner
- Schedule photographers to take team and individual pictures for youth sport teams
- Provide picture packages and pricing information by paper and electronically
- Provide adequate photography staffing for all seasonal pictures, minimum 3 on a Saturday and
2 on a weeknight
- Be able to handle multiple sites on Saturdays and weeknights
- Provide the City with a photography fundraiser rebate program
- Provide make-up days within the current season if rained out on schedule day.
- Photographer needs to be available for Saturday and Weeknight picture days
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 8, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
