[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide visitor management system for decision-making authority, the power to designate management, the ability to significantly influence operations, and have primary accountability for fiscal matter, capable of maintaining history for a specified period, extremely user friendly for the public to utilize, expedient and very dependable to eliminate delays during check-in/out, capable of printing reports, allow the partner selected to incur a reasonable profit as a result of their relationship, client/server or web based solution with a centralized database storage and retrieval system, Microsoft environment compatibility, ability to print visitor badges using standard printers, maintain a database that stores historical data of students, volunteers, teacher, staff, visitors, and parents who visit the school, record and print slips for late arrivals, ability to access software and database, ability of system to be utilized on mobile devices including ios, android and windows, conduct end-user group training for performing all features of the software, support to resolve system related issues within agreed upon service level agreements for an agreed timeframe following post implementation.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
