[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and design related services to include but no limited to the creation of various printed materials, advertisement design and creation and design of digital ads, creation and design of new branding logo, design or creation of two promotional brochures, new sales or marketing brochure for the economic development.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
