Government Authority located in Irmo, South Carolina; USA based organization looking for two-way digital radio system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide two-way digital radio system of continuous airtime coverage is required, requires a network for delivering the communication services for the portable two-way radios and base stations on an annual basis, equipment must be new and delivered in original manufactures boxes, any damaged, non-working or defective piece whether concealed or not must be replaced as quickly as possible totally at the expense of offeror, the radio units presented for consideration will have the following features:
a) One to many (all-call) communications
b) One to many (group-multiple) communications
c) One to one (private) communications
d) Display with directory
e) Secure communications – encrypted
f) Battery life – all day
g) Talk-a-about – radio to radio communications
h) Light weight
i) Availability of optional accessories and replacement equipment
j) Compatible with existing analog radios
k) Include chargers
Other features desired:
a) Districtwide School Administration Group Channel
b) Emergency call button on the radio unit
c) Remote monitoring and remote lock-out to the government authority located in Irmo, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 1, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
