Government Authority located in Pendleton, South Carolina; USA based organization looking for student accident health insurance services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student accident health insurance services of accidental injury expense benefit, hospital room and board allowance, dental expense, accidental death and dismemberment benefit and benefits also include, but are not limited to, usual and customary expenses for:
1. Outpatient hospital expenses
2. Hospital miscellaneous charges made by the hospital for services and supplies plus other normal
miscellaneous charges including, but not restricted to, cost of operation room, laboratory, x-ray, drugs and medicines, anesthesia and dressing while confined as a resident inpatient.
3. Treatment by a physician.
4. Graduate Registered Nurse.
5. Professional ambulance service to and from the hospital.
6. Dental treatment made necessary by injury to natural teeth to the government authority located in Pendleton, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 1, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
