[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital marketing services to develop and implement a digital marketing plan to drive traffic to website and increase prospective student leads
- Specializes in digital marketing strategies, tools and tactics including digital advertising, video advertising and SEM/SEO.
- Has access to large digital advertising networks that includes a variety of inventory types across college-related apps/websites and apps/websites target markets and has retargeting and outreach capabilities within these networks.
- Has access to emerging advertising inventory types, and capabilities to pilot campaigns with their clients using these technologies
- Provides thorough tracking capabilities, including regularly scheduled reports on campaign effectiveness and a client dashboard of live analytics encompassing all online initiatives.
- Has access to a large selection of research on target market demographics, preferences and behaviors, and is able to deliver insightful recommendations from this research.
- Provides expert recommendations on improving creative used in advertising, and design support to execute recommendations.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than June 28, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
