(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency mass notification system that is capable of reaching 90% of the force within 1 hour of an emergency or incident, identify and create groups or teams to be notified under certain circumstances, assist with communications and emergency planning, loud-based technology that allows messages be sent from any internet-connected devices, single login screen that enable permissions be set based on the individuals login credentials, provide a robust suite of reporting tools, send and receive text messages, using map-based tools to only send messages to users within a specific geographic area as needed.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
