[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide case management software to be converted or accessible and a timeline for data conversion on marriage license, estates, conservator and guardianship and any other data needed by the probate court includes the review of the current probate court system and review new window base systems, software must have the same similarities and functions within all modules or functional screens provided in the proposed software include migrating specified data from the county’s existing system, generate monthly state reporting due to court administration to conform with new updated state guidelines, ability for public to view scanned documents of any estate or marriage license to determine the status at any time, ability to keep commitment records private from public, import digital courtroom recordings, integrated credit card processing.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than March 29, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
