[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement condition data collection system to enable accurate, repeatable data collection and processing of pavement condition data for roadside asset attribute data.
(2) All questions must be submitted by April 24, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.
