[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after hours answering service for mental health center including after-hours, emergency, and message services during Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 8, 2017.
(3) Contract will be for the period of five years.
(4) Approximate call volume will be 60 per months.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
