[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after hour answering service after 5:00 pm to 8:30 am during weekdays, and 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays as well as days where governor closes center due to hazardous weather.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 9, 2017.
(3) Contract will be for the period of five years.
(4) Call volume will be 16,800 per year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
