[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after hours telephone answering service after 5:00 pm during weekdays, and 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays as well as days where governor closes center due to hazardous weather.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2017.
(3) Call volume will be 86 calls per month.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
