[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and cleaning services for sweep and mop all tile floors, vacuum all carpeted areas, clean and sanitize restrooms and break area including the refrigerator, microwave, and sinks replenishing paper products and soap in restrooms and break area to the government authority located in Liberty, SC.
(2) A site visit will be held on January 17,2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 18,2017.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.
