Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for inmate calling service system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate calling service system to inmate telephones, wiring, connectors, jacks, network hardware, centralized ICS platform with call processing and recording and monitoring capability for both test and live environments.
(2) Approximate historical call volume was 33,641 calls (291,581 minutes).
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.
(4) A site visits will be held on October 5, 2015 through October 8, 2015.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
