[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement management data collection services to collect automated pavement condition data for roads the data collection shall include high resolution, digital images of the pavement right of way taken at increments of 20 feet or less,
- Data shall be collected for the items and in the format specified in the Data Dictionary, included as a separate download,
- All cameras must be calibrated for scale measurement to allow visible assets to be referenced geospatially from the images now or in the future,
- Software access to view and export survey data, including synchronized pavement and ROW imagery through a data viewer application that allows users to navigate through collected data and view the distresses on the road surface, individual images, as well as summarized data and output graphs, etc. to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
