Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for website design develop services using Drupal Joomla and Word Press CMS.
[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using content management system with Word Press, Joomla, Wix and other system must be compatible with social media,
- Complete website strategy development and website architecture design for intuitive navigation and content search ability,
- Alert/Notification bar that can be easily turned on/off and edited to communicate updates, announcements, or emergencies,
- Website integration via simple link to internal resources or 3rd party platforms,
- Creation and development of 12 online forms like Citizen Complaint, FOIA Request, Citizens Police Academy, compliment a Cop, Senior Watch Program, Summer Camp Signup, Fire Prevention Request, Solid Waste Service Application, Start Sewer Service, Rezoning Application, Food Truck Vendor Application, Venue Rental Application,
- Develop and integrate a comprehensive solution for event signups - ideally one event sign-up/ticketing solution to use across all departments which includes the ability to scan and sell tickets “at the door”,
- Development and integration of community events calendar,
- On-site photo shoot (two half-days) for community photos and updated headshots,
- Photo selection and editing, photo selection and editing,
- 24 hours of editing client-provided copy and additional web copywriting,
- Complete content entry and page formatting,
- Homepage mock-up and review w/ 1 hour of feedback/revisions,
- Google Analytics installation and configuration of monthly reporting,
- Mobile-optimized design to maximize mobile UX,
- Thorough website testing and review across browsers and devices,
- Website launch,
- Personalized training on your Word Press CMS
- An easy-to-use content management system (CMS) that allows the city to easily update content when needed, etc.
