Vendor needs to provide social media management solution and implement a well-established Social Media management solution design to meet the needs, performance processes and procedures, business practices, security requirements and reporting requirements for a creative/marketing/communications department,
- The system must contain the components that meet the needs of the UR departmental policies, directives, and standards,
- New solution, ensuring that all of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and potential future channels can be included in the system,
- The goal of this new social media marketing tool is to satisfy our need to manage all channels in 1 system,
- Maximize the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of delivering and tracking our social media channels and social media content performance,
- Provide social media management solution that includes content management, measurement and reporting, analytics and insights, listening and intelligence,
- Features a robust publishing and scheduling tool with paid and organic integration, etc.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
