[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide software application maintenance and support services software programming, maintenance and technical support for various Probation, Parole and Pardon services ‘legacy operating software programs for daily operations,
- These existing software applications include the following systems:
- Offender Management System,
- Offender Management System Phone Application,
- Parole Information Center,
- Ignition Interlock Device and
- Single Sign On,
- To address software defects,
- To address design shortcomings,
- To perform database revisions, upgrades and modifications and
- To provide software adjustments, changes and additions in the business environment that may be required by state law, etc.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 3, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than 5 June, 2020.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
