[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bed rental services for accelerating wound healing for pressure injuries, use of these beds are Doctor ordered and require a Doctor’s orders for their use,
- Patient Weight Range up to 350 lbs.,
- Bed should have a minimum of casters with Wheel Braking and Brake not set alerts,
- Air Fluidized Therapy: Bed temperature control range 86 - 100 degrees,
- A mounted and height adjustable is required with Every rental with the Ability to withstand 175 Lbs., of Pressure to assist patients with Lifting and moving in and out of the Bed, etc. to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 2, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
