[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional service to serve as master servicer of mortgage loans originated under its continuous funding mortgage-backed securities program, perform loan-level review of loan files to ensure eligibility and compliance, purchase first mortgage loans from participating lenders and pool into mortgage-backed securities, purchase loans from lenders, advance funds for lender compensation, and advance funds for housing second mortgage down payment assistance loans,
- Service purchased, sold and pooled loans,
- Accept mortgage payments for first mortgages as well as subordinate liens, where repayment is required,
- Provide annual escrow analysis,
- Pay taxes and insurance when due,
- Service second mortgage liens as applicable and recover pay offs and remit proceeds,
- Provide loss mitigation strategy that supports successful homeownership, etc. to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2020.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
