[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud based management services for student printing to replace existing student printing environment with a cloud-based managed environment while preserving integration with the campus one-card solution and allow for certain free student printing allotment,
- Hosted/cloud-based student print system,
- Authentication integration and single sign-on support,
- No separate printing system sign-up or account creation required for students, etc.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 1, 2020.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
