[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food for thought nutritional database solution for a nutritional planning cloud-based software application solution that is currently commercially available with limited customization, and will be capable of managing all facets related to the state-level administration of child nutrition programs, services will implement a system of continuous improvement through both hands-on technical assistance and online training with resources programmatic noncompliance issues.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 30, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
