[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide asset mapping and SWOT analysis study services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
1. Asset Mapping
- The names of businesses with current registered apprenticeship programs (RAPs) (youth and adult apprenticeships)
- The names of businesses that do not have RAPs.
- Labour market data
- Works centres
- The technical college
- Internal structure in the Technical College that supports apprenticeships
- High schools
- Career and technical education (CATE)/career Technology Centres
- Other state agencies
- Other organizations providing resources for underserved populations
- The offer must use a GIS-based software and overlay unique data points for the above-referenced data.
- The offer must utilize unique icons for each data category.
2. SWOT Analysis
- The offer must utilize the data provided in the asset map to determine strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats (SWOT) to the growth of apprenticeships state-wide.
- The offer must complete the SWOT analysis using both the data provided by the State and reputable, outside data.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 6, 2020.
