(1) Vendor needs to provide interior and exterior painting services include surface preparation as required for acceptance of painting, including scraping, stripping, cleaning, small crack repair, patching, caulking, making good surfaces and areas, pre-treatment, sealing, priming, back-priming, pressure washing, and other minor repairs and preparation as necessary to the government authority located in Conway, SC.
