Government Authority located in Columbia, South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for parcel engineering services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parcel engineering services including following services to be provided to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
1. Surveying – The Engineer will provide all surveying needed for the preliminary and final design of the project. This will include the preparation of a final plat for the ~59-acre site. 2. Permits - The Engineer will prepare, submit and obtain all applicable permit applications. This project will be subject to the Richland County Development Review Process. 3. Geotechnical Investigation - The Engineer will provide all subsurface exploration and soil testing to accomplish the design phase. 4. Design Calculations - The Engineer will perform all engineering calculations necessary to complete the plans and specifications for the project. 5. Utilities - The Engineer will perform all necessary surveying and research required to locate all utilities that affect the design and construction of the project and any that will require relocation. 6. Plans and Specifications - The Engineer will prepare site plan, detailed construction plans and technical specifications for construction of the project. The Engineer will provide Richland County with three copies of the plans and specifications. 7. Cost Estimate - The Engineer will provide an engineer’s cost estimate of construction costs for the preliminary and final design portions of the project. 8. Bid Documents – The Engineer will prepare all necessary bid documents for the project. 9. Bidding – The Engineer will assist the County with the Bidding of the project, which shall include but not limited to a pre-bid meeting, bid opening, reviewing of Bids, recommendation of selected contractor, etc. 10. Contract Administration - The Engineer will provide contract administration of the construction contract to include all coordination with the contractor, inspections, review of pay applications and change orders and verifications of quantities. 11. Construction Conferences - The engineer will conduct all necessary construction conferences which will include the pre-construction conference, utility coordination meetings and all progress meetings during construction.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
