[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
- Floors to be stripped, resealed, waxed and buffed (Semi-Quarterly),
- Dust vents, light fixture, ceiling, remove spider webs (Once a month),
- Empty trash cans and dispose properly, replace trash bags (Three times a week).
(2) A site visit will be held on March 16,2020.,
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 17, 2020.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
